CREATING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT
In the upper right hand corner of the homepage, click "SIGN IN / REGISTER" once you click, a box will appear. Located at the bottom of this box is a link that states “Don’t have an account? Create an account” Click here, you will then get a “SIGN UP FOR ACCOUNT” page. Once you enter your personal information and create a password, click “CREATE ACCOUNT” to finish setting up your personal account.  

FORGOT PASSWORD
In the upper right hand corner of the homepage click, "SIGN IN or REGISTER".  Select the "Need help logging in?" option. You will be directed to a page to enter your login ID (your email address). The system will email the link to reset your password.

The following credit cards are accepted as method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be applied based on the City, County, and State of the Shipping Address as specified by the state and local jurisdictions.  

PO BOXES, APO and FPO
Our shipping methods do not allow shipment to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. To place an order, please call us at 1-800-831-0027.

ALASKA and HAWAII ORDERS
We are unable to accept online orders in Alaska or Hawaii.  To place an order, please call us at 1-800-831-0027.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are unable to accept online international orders. To place an order, please call us at 1-800-831-0027.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Products will be shipped either UPS Standard Ground or LTL Freight. Shipping rates are determined after adding items to your cart and entering the shipping destination on the shipping page of online orders. Orders usually ship within 3 business days.
